Mr. Bragagnolo was the co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Timmins Gold Corp. an emerging intermediate, Mexican-focused gold producer. He was also the co-founder and the former CEO of Silvermex Resources Ltd., a silver explorer which was acquired by First Majestic Silver in 2011 for a market capitalization of $120 million.
Vice President Exploration
Mr. Fournier is a geologist with over 25 years’ experience exploring for precious and rare metals, industrial minerals and diamonds. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Concordia University and a Master's degree from McGill University where he focused on the Rare Earth Mineralization associated with the St-Honoré Carbonatite, Québec. Mr. Fournier was part of the discovery team behind the Knife Lake graphite deposit (Quebec), the Youga gold deposit (Burkina Faso) and the Cargo diamondiferous kimberlite (Nunavut) amongst others. For the past 15 years, he’s been involved in the launching, restructuring and organizing of junior companies assisting in defining their mission, acquiring and developing their assets.
Alexander Peter Tsakumis
Mr. Tsakumis, is a seasoned executive in the mining space with over twenty years investment experience within the North American capital markets with private and public companies. Mr. Tsakumis was Vice President of Corporate Development at Timmins Gold Corp. from November 12, 2009 to April 14, 2017 . He began his career in 1989 with the Barrington Group representing advanced stage mining companies. He has experience in capital formation, management and growth of listed companies including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate communications.
Mr. Ostensoe is an exploration geologist with long history of mineral exploration in Canada, USA and around the globe. He holds a BSc (Hons), P. Geo and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geologists of British Columbia. Mr. Ostensoe has extensive experience searching for diamonds, porphyry and precious metals deposits, including early work at the Schaft Creek (now Copper Fox) copper-molybdenum deposit. He was also part of initial gold discoveries in the Sulphurets (now Seabridge and Pretium) area of northwestern British Columbia. Mr. Ostensoe is currently a field manager and consultant to the Hat Project gold-copper porphyry discovery in Stikine District of B.C.
